Wedgwood, 1930s Skeaping Kangaroo

About the Item

A Wedgwood kangaroo in celadon color designed by John Skeaping, circa 1930. Mounted on its original black painted timber base and signed in the clay on the rear of the ceramic plinth, finished in a gloss celadon glaze. Some areas with minor crazing to the glaze, otherwise in perfect condition.
