The plate is in excellent condition there are some minor hairline cracks to the back but they don't go through to the front and you cant feel them with your fingers they are under the enamel probably happened during firing. Size of the plate is approximately 4 and half inched wide by 4 inches wide by ⅓ of an inch tall
