English Inlaid Four Paneled Folding Screen

About the Item

English inlaid four paneled folding screen made of mahogany inlaid with satinwood. It has walnut bandings bordered by boxwood and ebony line inlay. There is a carved molded panel inside the inlay lines and a swan neck broken pediment crest with urn finials. It also has satinwood simulated fluting inlay in the frieze. The hinges are triple fold-folding either forwards or backwards.
