Antique Chinese Rug with Navy Field and a Flower Foliage
About the Item
The shaped charcoal sub-field displays a complex flower, leaf and stem rootless creation, within corners with semi-peonies and flower trails alongside the sub-field. Cerulean blue border of peonies embedded in stylized foliage. Plain charcoal outer band. Stronger than usual colours for a Fette rug, but perfectly in sync with the general design ethos. Good condition with preserved contour cutting.
