About the Item

Wonderful antique Turkish Bandirma rug with classic prayer design. Very good condition, minor area of lower pile. All 4 sides in very good original condition without any restoration. Collectors rug. Typical for antique Bandirma rugs is a white (cotton) part of the pile that looks like silk because it has more luster than the wool surrounding it.
