Early Steel Pantonova Chair by Verner Panton

The Pantonova Chair is most famous as the seat of choice for Bond villain Karl Stromberg in the Spy Who Loved Me; and is part of Danish designer Verner Panton’s innovative seating system developed in the 1970s. Its most distinctive feature is the bent steel frames carefully curved to create a clear representation of Scandinavian modernity.
