French Louis XV style slipper or boudoir chair featuring a serpentine carved frame and cabriole legs. Upholstered in a red and cream toile fabric with a double welt border. Frame has original unrestored finish and tight joinery. From the Pebble Beach, CA estate of billionaire banking heir Richard Mellon.
