Created for the 2020 ASPIRE House in McLean, this bedroom, bath, and dressing room reinterpret traditional design through a playful, contemporary lens. Inspired by the worldly elegance of Bunny Mellon, the spaces layer chintz-inspired patterns, verdant hues, patinated finishes, and bespoke furnishings to create an atmosphere that feels both cultivated and unexpected. Classical references mingle with youthful energy throughout, resulting in a richly detailed retreat that celebrates individuality, color, and the art of collecting.
