A gut-renovation of a Prewar mid rise floor through. Complete update for returning clients who are now empty nesters starting a new life in the city. Opened up the choppy floor plane for entertaining and light. She loves color so we had fun but controlled it. Many classic Art Deco pieces anchor the well chosen upholstery for comfort as well as style.
