This Spanish Colonial style home is situated in the Highland Park area of Dallas. Built in 2011 for a young family of five, the home is spacious and usable with well thought out and custom details throughout. From the plaster wainscot and fireplace surround in the dining room to the lighting fixtures designed, fabricated and wired locally. Moroccan influences can be seen in the Zellij tiles, each customized to suit their space as well as the hand-turned Mosharabi wooden screens. A careful mix of modern and distinctive vintage furniture from Marrakesh and Madrid as scattered through the home.
