An undulating custom back lit stone wall gently leads you into a warm light filled living area where a blue abstract by Paul Jenkins is the focal point. The hallway is curated with art from Mary Heilmann, Jan Kalab, and pieces from Chilean artist Paolo Serra. Contemporary Italian furniture throughout softly speaks to the high-end design. Architectural elements via light-ash oak wood ceiling beams with indirect lighting to cast a glow over the living room.

A residence designed to welcome guests different seating areas were designed for conversation, entertainment and lounging. The sofa creates a seating composition that is intimate but architectural with squared and curved elements. Two beautiful semi-precious stone walls flank the bar in a neutral tone. A Chihuly hand blown glass sculpture in the corner of the living room plays off the Calder piece centering the coffee table. The dining room is highlighted by a Minotti table and Holly Hunt mirror reflecting the columns delineating the spaces. A moment to itself, the design for the powder room features suede blue Phillip Jeffries wallpaper complemented by celestial blue marble and a striking red sculpture by Luminaire.

The family room is cozy with a Minotti sofa and ottoman, petite marble table and fun poppy sculpture by Donald Sultan. Custom millwork with indirect lighting envelops the entertainment center. For the home office custom bookcase with backlighting highlights the owner’s collection of cars.

Feldman incorporated a calming color palette bringing a harmonious tranquility into the master bedroom suite where she designed a custom Edelman leather headboard with oak wood walls accented by delicate Luminaire scones. The slats on the night tables are an influence from Japanese architecture where Tamara spent years honing her skills. The lush wall to wall shag carpet immediately conjures relaxation and zen. The ensuite bathroom with ocean views is breathtaking with mystery white marble by Opustone and Dornbrach
