Miami Residence

Aparicio + Associates comprehensively renovated this 1930s Art Deco gem with Palladian overtones to both bring it into the 21st century and respect both its classical character and its tropical locale. Flow between spaces was optimized, additional storage and bathrooms were added, and the interior was finished in a airy and classically inflected minimalist character. The furnishings are an eclectic blend of fine French and Nordic pieces from various decades of the 20th century, and custom upholstery pieces in an Art Moderne style.
