A historic four-level townhouse in the Greenwich Village landmark district was enlarged and redeveloped to preserve its historic façade, windows and interior details while reworking the interiors for improved flow, comfort, efficiency and amenity. The project adds a finished garden and outdoor room as well as an improved penthouse level, all expressing the client’s notion of family.
