Doulton Burslem Mint Green Hot Chocolate Set for 4 Gilt Gold & White Enamel

About the Item

This is a rare shape and specialized set that features beautiful cups with stylized handles unique to hot chocolate cups. Chocolate was a rare and expensive commodity that was very thick and viscous thus the short spout. The elegant handle added to the specially shaped cups to honor the joy of partaking this beverage. The chocolate pot measures 7.25" x 9" The Cups measure 3.33" x 4.5" The saucers measure 5.75" x 0.75".
