About the Item

Jas Shoolbred. An exceptional English Aesthetic Movement oak corner armchair with wrap-around arms with incised scrollwork decoration to the top of the arm ends with turned supports below and tramline details to the legs, a triangular seat with stylized star-shaped turnings below and to all sides uniting the lower stretchers. The last image is the armchair with a side table, the side table is stamped Jas Shoolbred & Co one can see they are by the same maker.
