His feminine idols don headdresses and helmets of scaled metal, or metal shoulder blades draped like fabric. They are warriors of strength and mysterious sexuality. Barbeyrol integrates reclaimed materials, fabric, and hair to effortlessly merge the hard and the soft, the human and the divine.
