Slider House
Family Home de Welch Studio en Eden, UT
The “Slider House” got its name from utilizing massive window/doors that open the living and dining rooms up to the Utah Nordic Ski resort mountain views. Slatted wood walls and a completely original fluted wood shower enclosure, bring warmth to the otherwise clean, modern space. Architecturally designed by our studio, we found inspiration in simple Scandinavian structures. Like this project, building in mountainous areas of the country is challenging.
