William Fowler lives and works in California. He has written about art and design since the mid-2000s, with bylines in the Guardian and Creative Review. He collects contemporary British art, including work by Anne Hardy and Robert Fry. His 2017 novel, Elephant, about art, technology and guilt, remains sadly unpublished.
