Ad Sales Executive - UK

Our ever expanding international business is now operating from Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire and we are seeking motivated self starters with an entrepreneurial mindset and adaptable attitude to join our UK office. We are seeking an industrious, sales focused Ad Sales Executive to identify international opportunities and grow 1stdibs digital advertising sales within existing clients and top-tier luxury brands with a focus on the Home, Art, Design, and Luxury Fashion sectors. You will receive full on-boarding and ongoing support from our UK Sales Director and US based Ad Sales Executive.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and create opportunity in international markets, actively prospect and develop new sales funnels
  • Maintain and develop existing client base, with a view to increasing advertising spend
  • Drive entire B2B sales cycle from securing meetings with senior-level decision-makers, needs analysis, program and presentation development, sale and renewal, with both established and prospective accounts
  • Further develop relationship with existing advertisers in an effort to increase revenue
  • Significantly expand the number of luxury brands advertising, and launching new programs to sell ad space
  • Research, identify, and develop relationships with prospective luxury clients and ad agencies
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Accurately forecast track and report revenue

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 3+ years sales experience in ecommerce ad solutions. Experience within a luxury brand an advantage
  • Proactive, confident and driven approach
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce an advantage
  • Self-motivated, creative, results driven, solution oriented, direct and organised
  • Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change; experience in startup environments a strong plus
  • Solid computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Well presented, self-motivated, ability to work independently, and within an entrepreneurial environment
  • Salesforce experience a plus
