Associate, Customer Lifecycle Marketing

We are hiring a Marketing Associate to help create a more personalized experience for our customers. In this role, you’ll focus on personalizing the 1stdibs customer journey with the goal of increasing lifetime value, orders per customer, and engagement. You’ll do this across multiple marketing channels including, but not limited to, email, push, direct mail and partner across the organization with many teams, including integrated marketing, product, creative, engineering, and more.

What you’ll do

  • Support our behavioral email, push, and direct mail programs, from ideation to development, deployment to post-send analysis
  • Identify opportunities to A/B test active marketing campaigns, with the goal of optimizing activation, retention, orders per customer, and LTV
  • Contribute ideas for daily and automated B2C email campaigns, push, and direct mail campaigns based on customer browsing and shopping behavior
  • Work cross-functionally with integrated marketing, product, creative, engineering, and external vendors on key projects
  • Leverage internal and external data for segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization purposes
  • Analyze and share performance at the channel and campaign level with the goal of applying key learnings to future campaigns throughout the organization

What you’ll bring

  • 1-2 years marketing experience
  • Familiarity with lifecycle email strategy a requirement. Push, and/or direct mail experience a plus.
  • A desire to learn new things and make a difference at a growing company
  • Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects with lots of small moving parts
  • A love for getting the details right and staying organized
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience working in SimonData or other CRM tools preferred but not required.
