Dealer Compliance Associate - UK

We are currently seeking a Dealer Compliance Associate to assist with the compliance of internal policies and best practices. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, resourceful analytical thinker who can identify areas of interest and execute action plans for improvement. The role will focus on monitoring buyer and dealer behavior, surfacing situations where dealers are not in alignment with 1stdibs policies and keeping track of internal work.

What you’ll do

  • Utilize internal tools to read and review dealer-buyer communications
  • Maintain understanding of 1stdibs internal policies and surface opportunities for dealer improvement and success
  • Collaborate with internal departments including account management and order support to ensure positive transactional experiences
  • Create, track and maintain compliance cases and follow up through their resolution
  • Attend and contribute to a variety of team meetings, ranging from company-wide to strategy and brainstorming sessions within the group
  • Other responsibilities as needed

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues and superior problem-solving skills to determine resolution
  • Strong research and information gathering skills
  • Attention to detail, logical thought process, goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs and Powerpoint required; SQL experience a plus
