Marketing Manager, Consumer Sales

We are launching a new role for a Sales Marketing Manager within our consumer team. We’ve set our sights on growing our luxury client accounts and our jewelry, furniture and art categories globally, and we’re looking for the perfect sales marketer to lead the way.

This role works with multiple internal teams and in close collaboration with our sales teams to create client-facing materials including one-sheets, case studies, email templates, new product/package/pitch decks and other touchpoints. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Take our existing luxury client program to the next level with optimized customer communication campaigns that build/maintain relationships with buyers and prospects
  • Build materials for new products, offerings, and case studies and house them in a centralized library
  • Work with our sales team to innovate how we engage luxury clients through all touchpoints, including email, call scripts, collateral, digital and more
  • Support the collaboration and execution of in-market strategies and client engagements, including gifting and events
  • Update all materials on an ongoing basis and manage centralized website housing all sales products and pitches
  • Using campaign performance reports, draw out key insights and analyses that identify improvement areas for future campaigns
  • Work with sales leaders to train new and existing sellers on our offerings and pitches

 

What you’ll bring

  • 4-8 years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills - supporting an ability to synthesize and distill large amounts of data into action plans
  • Great cross-functional colleague, with experience building relationships and working in a nimble team with fast-growing expectations
  • Innovation champion, with proven track record working in white space and comfort with ambiguity
  • Brings a blend of creativity, analytical rigor, organization and attention to detail to the role
  • A “Driver” personality with a track record of success in a similar position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional presentation skills with ability to lead meetings with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in luxury goods or design a plus
  • Ecommerce and/or B2B experience is a plus
  • Sense of humor a must!
