Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for outbound prospecting, outbound lead qualification, and appointment setting for our sales team.

The role is ideal for someone with a year of working experience, who is comfortable in a start-up environment – ready to roll up their sleeves, jump in the trenches, and do whatever it takes to succeed. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a constantly changing environment the role comes with plenty of opportunities to grow into other roles as we expand. 

You will collaborate with sales and curation to research target organisations, identify decision makers/influencers, and engage in conversations designed to uncover new sales opportunities.

What you’ll do

  • Build prospecting lists using internal and external resources
  • Book appointments/ meetings with qualified accounts and prospects for our sales team
  • Research geography of market segment to identify key prospects by leveraging knowledge of market and/ or competitive landscape
  • Communicate with prospects through personalized outreach across email, phone, and social channels
  • Communicate our product’s value add confidently and consistently
  • Leverage sales automation and enablement tools to improve performance and productivity
  • Assist marketing, onboarding, and sales teams in maintaining CRM data quality

What you’ll bring

  • 1year of experience; desirable within sales outsourcing, or a technology start-up sales team
  • The ability to meet or exceed goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • A can’t-lose attitude, high-energy, and drive to succeed in a constantly changing environment
  • A team player, but effective enough to be an individual contributor and motivated to exceed quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with external parties (must feel comfortable pitching on the phone and communicating with prospects in writing)
  • Confidence/clarity when communicating with internal stakeholders at all level
  • Passion for luxury, design, art, objects d’art, decorative arts, or architecture a plus
