Sales Enablement Manager

The Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with 1stdibs Trade sales, product, and marketing functions to deliver consistent messaging to our end clientele (Interior designers and architects). The role will encompass content creation that spans from internal training, sales collateral to marketing messaging to the trade. The role will be responsible for ensuring sales has on brand messaging to deliver updates to the trade program product and marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver training to sales teams for a variety of purposes including skills, orientation, launch, and methodology. Create supporting materials to enhance the delivery and retention of training initiatives
  • Contribute to collateral needs surrounding QBR’s
  • Ensure adherence to standards, drive consistency of message, look and feel for all Trade sales deliverables
  • Develop content and processes for delivering sales tools
  • Coordinate branding efforts with Marketing
  • Create written content to educate sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work
  • Train sales team on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team.
  • Assist on sales calls and demos as needed
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at the point of need
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices
  • Conduct and report on market research
  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
  • Work with other departments (Product, Operations, Dealer teams, Marketing) to identify, create and improve programs that will increase cross-functional collaboration and knowledge in Sales
  • Solidify and implement strong communication between product, marketing, and sales. Partner with marketing in the development of sales enablement programs, competitive information, marketing materials, and thought leadership materials to accelerate sales and industry insights

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree; English, business, and marketing majors preferred
  • 5+ years experience in a sales, marketing, or sales support role preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
