This offer of free shipping applies only to new and/or made-to-order merchandise purchased on 1stdibs.com (the “free NMTO shipping offer”), and is additionally subject to all the following terms and conditions. Certain brands may be excluded from time to time, without prior notice, at 1stdibs’ sole discretion.

This free NMTO shipping offer only applies if a 1stdibs pre-quote for standard parcel shipping has been made for the buyer on the purchased item.  A “1stdibs pre-quote for standard parcel shipping” means a shipping quote for standard (non-expedited, regular handling) parcel or freight shipping between two points in the contiguous United States (48 states & D.C.).  This free NMTO shipping offer excludes “Express” parcel shipping pre-quotes; “Express”  in this context means that a shipping pre-quote was made but it was for custom, special, and/or expedited, shipping service.

The free NMTO shipping offer applies to domestic parcel and freight orders on participating brands shipped within the contiguous United States, when you place your order online and purchase from 1stdibs.com. There are exceptions which apply and, in the case where the free NMTO shipping offer does not apply to your purchase, a shipping charge will be noted before you confirm the order.  

In all cases, White Glove shipping and services and any other special handling requirements and expedited orders are not included in the free NMTO shipping offer (or may incur a separate fee). Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may incur a shipping fee which will be specified prior to order confirmation. The offer is limited to items that qualify and is valid only on confirmed orders. If you wish to return an item, your return will be subject to the policy stated in the item’s description or the Seller’s online return policy and you will be responsible for return shipping and delivery charges. The return window (the time allowed for a return) is subject to the policy stated in the item’s description or the Seller’s online return policy. There are select product exclusions, which are not subject to the free NMTO shipping offer and do carry associated shipping or handling charges. Additionally, certain manufacturers require that 1stdibs pass along specific shipping costs to the customer and items from these manufacturers will not be part of the free NMTO shipping offer. In cases where the free NMTO shipping offer does not apply to your purchase, the total shipping charges are clearly identified prior to order confirmation. For select products, upgraded delivery options may be available for purchase (at an additional charge). All other standard Buyer terms and conditions apply. 1stdibs reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer at any time without notice.  1stdibs reserves the right to correct or cancel any transaction if an error is made in calculating shipping.
