Mikael Lafontan est un photographe français et suédois né en 1968. La plupart de ses travaux couvrent et explorent des paysages nordiques tels que la Scandinavie, l'Écosse, le Canada ou l'Islande. Vivant en France mais élevé par un père français et une mère suédoise, les pays du Nord sont pour lui une source d'inspiration nostalgique. Lafontan vit et travaille à Paris depuis 20 ans.
