Il Pezzo Mancante (" La pièce manquante " en anglais) est né en 2010, créé par Cosimo Terzani et Barbara Bertocci. Inspirés par leur passion pour les matières premières de qualité et un amour inné pour leur terre natale, la Toscane, ils créent un monde fait d'authenticité et de vision dans lequel vous pouvez redécouvrir une culture artisanale extraordinairement riche.
