After Hurricane Dorian devastated the islands of the Bahamas, our Texas based clients wanted to update their family home to embrace the Bahamian aesthetic. Kristen Nix Interiors did just that, focusing on a vibrant color palette, tropical textures, organic accessories, and a comfortable yet tailored look. In a quick 6 months, this 5000 sq foot, 5 bedroom home was transformed thanks to our fabulous vendors and logistic companies who helped us with the shipping containers and customs processes. We felt honored to help create a space that you walk into and it really feels like you're in the Bahamas, allowing for this family to create memories in a setting that is special to them.
