This 820-square-foot prewar apartment is the epitome of small space New York City living and while the smaller footprint presented quite a few design challenges, PROJECT AZ embraced all of the structural limitations and infused the young couple’s enthusiasm for music and fitness into a joyful and eclectic design with splashes of color. For a couple in their mid-30s, the result is a fully functional and personalized space with creative and smart storage solutions.
