This ground up new pool house was our first project after starting LCS; conceived along with Douglas Wright Architects in a modern nod to the original architecture of the main house. The client wanted an all-weather building that could be completely opened up to house a lounge/ dining area, a small kitchen, storage & changing rooms, along with one bedroom. New pergolas were added by the pool and facing the tennis court for shady relaxation areas during playtime and downtime.
