About the Item

Beginning in 1881, the so-called Monza period, Spreafico approached the Verismo of fellow citizen Moses Bianchi, who paid particular attention to the plots of contemporary Scapigliatura. In his later period, which spans from the early 1900s to his death, he sought an elaboration of the painting in a post-scapigliata key. All works sold by us come with a certificate of authenticity and data sheet.
