Magnificent pastel of section of the Great Western Staircase in the interior of the New York State Capitol Building in Albany, New York by the world's top architectural muralist. De-accessioned from the Reader's Digest Association Art Collection. Unique. The artist has kindly confirmed the authenticity of this work. The vintage frame will be removed when shipping, but the back board will be preserved and provided with the original labels for provenance.
