About the Item
Drawing is the central medium in the works of Simon Vith. The immediacy of drawing and the narrative aspect, as well as the concentration on one line, inspire him. The deliberate use of the white paper background and the precisely chosen perspectives are characteristic of his narrative representations. Surreal spatial relationships and proportions between figures and objects create a playful impression.
