Soft pastel on toned signed and dated bottom. Part of 4 works the artist has done on the subject of Saint Christopher who is depicted in art history carrying the Christ child on his shoulders. In this particular version the child is massive Budda like figure weighing down the frail Christopher. He is heavy but radiates hope.
