A very fine late 18th century watercolour of the Derbyshire countryside. Finely presented in a washline mount and gilt effect frame. Inscribed on the reverse of the frame "Verso - view of Grange from an emergence to the southward with the Derwent River and Lake, and Keswick and Skiddaw in the distance." Signed and dated. On watercolour paper.
