Signed lower right, 'Tom McCobb' for Thomas McCobb (American, 1930-2020); additionally inscribed verso with artist's name, title and medium.
Tom McCobb began focusing on his watercolor painting in the early 1980s in Connecticut and continued to paint with success after moving to New York where he became a member of the Cazenovia Watercolor Society and started teaching at workshops. McCobb has exhibited with success throughout New York, including at the Adirondacks National Exhibition of American Watercolors.
