Sylvie Schambill is a French artist born in 1957 who lives and works in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés near Paris, France. In Sylvie's works, mediums as photography, visual arts, poetry mingle and intertwine. You have to know how to catch the thread and unwind it slowly to understand that life hangs on it, in a wonderful and fragile balance. By crossings, superimpositions, layers, filters, a distance is established between the ordinary and imaginary world. The artist extracts fractions of life from everyday life which she then dilutes in a dreamlike world. The instant instincts instinct. These two forces are causing a perpetual renaissance in photography; seek without ever giving up! Need for the artist to find new sources. The photographic Haiku introducing into his current work, the musicality of words and the force of silences. These poems reflect the consciousness of the finality of our lives and of the world with extreme contemporaneity.
