About the Item
ICES Viridian Green, Lilac Purple and Melondrama Coral Orange, bold colour blocking pop art street photography from Richard Heeps series, On-Sea.
Created as an ode to childhood visits to grandparents living on the Sussex coast, the artwork tells the story of the simple joys of the British seaside with bold graphic typography, but the iconic ice cream cone surreally suspended on a colour block has created a conceptual piece of art.
This listing is for three individually framed artworks each measuring 45" x 33.5".
They are gloss photographic c-prints from negative, dry-mounted to aluminum, presented in a museum board white window mount and a choice of black or white box frame fitted with anti-reflective UV70% glass.
They are signed and numbered on reverse accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
They can be hung together as a pop art triptych or spaced out throughout an interior

Frank Schott was born in Germany where he spends nights shooting the great bands and musicians of the 80s, while attending the Academy of Arts in Cologne under Professor Arno Jansen.
His early photography work focuses on beauty and fashion, later evolving to include conceptual landscapes and large scale environments, while never losing the eye for details.
In 1998 Frank moves to California. He draws inspiration from the epic landscapes and distinct architecture of the American West as much as from his travels abroad.
