Tirage manuel à l'agrandisseur, série limitée à 10 exemplaires dans ce format.
Depuis dix ans, l'artiste réalise la quasi-totalité de ses tirages avec Diamantino Quintas, l’un des derniers tireurs-filtreurs argentiques grand-format, et sans doute le plus passionné. Et ce n’est pas qu’une question de maîtrise technique, c’est aussi une grande sensibilité, une nécessaire interprétation du négatif qui exige une parfaite connaissance mutuelle entre Diamantino et « ses » photographes. Avec eux il choisit un papier, joue sur l’exposition du tirage, détermine la teinte adéquate, et parfois danse dans la chambre noire entre les rayons lumineux qui traversent le négatif et le papier photosensible, afin d’éclaircir une zone de l’image ou en assombrir une autre. Chaque tirage est unique.
