American Decorum est un regard adulte sur un imaginaire d'enfant.
C'est autant le témoignage d'une fête que l'angoisse qu'elle se termine.
Tous ces symboles relèvent d'un monde qui se bat malgré tout pour conserver sa place dans une Amérique plus rutilante. Ils célèbrent une époque pas si lointaine mais déjà périmée.
C'est un instantané d'une certaine Amérique, un peu ternie, un peu fatiguée.
Ce projet a fait l'objet de 2 expositions (Arles, Paris) et de la publication d'un Zine.
