In celebration of our best season ever here in Southampton, we are offering a flat rate of $95 for shipping in the continental United States on all of our art.

Sanseviero's metal sculptures fool the eye. His "illusion sculptures" appear to be 3 dimensional boxes, yet they are only 1/16 of an inch thick. He first designs how the formation of "Boxes" will layout and then cuts and welds the flat sculpture he has created to the metal base. He then paints his sculpture with a "trompe l'oeil" or "Fool the Eye" effect so that the flat sculpture has volume and depth, he then paints the reverse side in the same manner so that the sculpture can be displayed facing either direction or in front of a mirror. This Illusion Sculpture measures 27" H x 23" W and is incredibly only 1/16 thick. The base measures 7"x10". It is signed on the base and numbered 4 of 4. It is a unique one of a kind sculpture, It is numbered 4 of 4 because there will be 4 sculptures with this box configuration at this size, but they will all be unique because Sanseviero paints each sculpture to create the illusion effect. I have also included images of the sculpture in different room settings so you can see that the sculpture works well in both traditional and contemporary surroundings.
