About the Item
My works speak of the human condition, the animality that inhabits us, and the creative impulse as a survival strategy.
My series are a reflection of my own experience, of the life that beats within me, and of the need to express what moves me.
Through my works, I seek to return to my most wild and authentic essence, to cling to my desires, impulses, and instincts. It is an act of struggle, discovery, and celebration of life in all its forms.
Born in Buenos Aires in 1975, she is a visual artist and art educator. She graduated from the Prilidiano Pueyrredón National School of Fine Arts in 2002 with a degree in Painting. She furthered her training in the studio of Horacio D'Alessandro and received a painting scholarship with Felipe Pino. Since 1996, she has participated in numerous salons, national and provincial awards, international art fairs, and both solo and group exhibitions, also exploring interdisciplinary projects. Her work has been exhibited in museums, galleries, and cultural centers in Argentina and abroad. She has received recognition in competitions such as the Manuel Belgrano Visual Arts Salon and the Fundación Williams Young Art Award. She currently lives and works in Buenos Aires.
