Inspired by the 1951 collection by Christian Dior himself, Maria Grazia Chiuri mixed up, for her 2018 Dior Resort collection, femininity with a Far West accent featuring tarot, animal totem and wild nature in her refined “Prairie Dresses”. Made from panels of cotton in a kind of black and white checked pattern, this runway midi shirt dress (see picture 3/look n° 68) is designed with an "entre-deux" side seam which subtly reveals the skin. Floaty full A-line skirt. Unlined, the dress fastens with eleven buttons down the front. Labelled a French size 42 (US 10), it runs a bit small to size. Very cool to wear with sneakers or chunky boots !
