Unique and artistic crucifix from the European Midcentury Modern era. Over the centuries the life and teachings of Christ have inspired many an artist to create His image in just as many ways as there were artist. In more recent decades the way in which Christ on the cross has been portrayed has changed significantly from how He was portrayed in previous centuries. Just like Christ was portrayed very differently in the early 20th century as opposed to how He was seen and portrayed in, for example, the Baroque era. And this way will keep changing as evolve.
