The top is stamped Sterling, and the base has an etched mark for Hawkes. T.G. Hawkes & Co. was a prominent American glass manufacturer that operated from the late 19th century to the early 20th century. The company was founded by Thomas G. Hawkes in 1880 in Corning, New York, which was already a center of glass manufacturing. T.G.
