"Africa" Chest of Drawers with Inlays of Zebra Wood by Ivan Paradisi, Italy
Located in Turin, IT
Looking like a monolith on almost invisible legs, Africa chest of drawers is conceived and realized with a continuous flow of thin branches, ideally matched one to another so that it becomes impossible to notice edges of separate wood pieces. This piece of contemporary art, as per Ivan's concept, describes the modern and historical paintings, sculptures, installations, and other visual culture of native or indigenous Africans and the African continent...

Located in RIO TINTO, PT
Memphis, the Italian design collective whose debut collection caused a sensation at Milan’s 1981 Salone del Mobile, was a riotous rejection of sensible modernism. Known for its bright and bold furniture design style, Memphis keeps inspired artists and becomes a trend in interiors and furniture.
