About Oka Arte Inc.
Luciana Taber, from São Paulo, Brazil, has worked in the high end design business for over 20 years. Oka, in the indigenous language Tupi, means home and Arte is art. Through Oka Arte, she imports unique, contemporary and stylish design from Brazil. Pedro Useche, a prestigious architect and designer, creates contemporary furniture to make homes unique and comfortable. Our slow design products are from Ines Schertel, a Brazilian artist, who raises and breeds sheep on her farm. Her products are made of wool felt and are each one of a kind.
