Simply Fabulous! Vintage Mona Van Riper Designer Tsavorite and Diamond Gold and Silver 4 Piece Buckle Set. Hand set with 5 Large Green Tsavorite, weighing approx. 4.20tcw and 0.88tcw Diamonds. Hand crafted Sterling Silver 925 and 18K Yellow Gold. The 26mm Belt Buckle measures approx. 2.13" H x 2.30" W and the Tips 1" H x 1.24" W. Circa 1980s. Mona Van Riper was raised in Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico. She began silver-smithing at the Mabel Dodge Lujan House in Taos in 1976. Making and designing jewelry has been a constant part of her life ever since. Mona is most well-known for her elaborate and intricate buckles, whether with a western theme, crown, fleur-de-lis, heart or with her eponymous skulls. More Amazing in person! Sure to be admired!
