Charming pair of men's slippers embroidered in wool in a very assertive Second Empire floral design! Cream cotton and leather lining, tan leather soles and heels finely studded. Brown curly velvet ribbon piping applied (small missing heels). Some wool stitches missing and slight crushing to the heel. Period patina but stable structural condition. Good condition.
Dimensions: equivalent to men's size 39-40, suitable for a very thin foot. Length 27 cm, vamp 16 cm.
