This wool and black piped 1960s dress is by the New York designer Geoffrey Beene; celebrated for his craftsmanship, attention to detail and relaxed wearable designs. This timeless piece has striking black piped bands to accentuate the wide waistband, high neckline, arm cinches and hemline of this dress to give an almost pinafore style appearance; the overall look is very chic and modern.
